Produced by kids on the Hill
The “Good food for thought video” produced by Kids on the Hill. This video is 6 minutes long. The video opened with the title made up of healthy food. The children in this video first describe what colors healthy foods are. They describe how the nutrients in healthy food make your body smarter, stronger, faster an overall leaving your body feel great. They ask the question as to why people eat and drink food that leaves your body feeling bad. While this little girl asks the question, they show a child drinking a diet Coke. She then takes a run and ends up sitting down out of breath. The video shows food with additives that your body does not know what to do with it. The children also state in the video about how serious your diet is to African Americans. The fat and additives cause health problems by clogging arteries and slowing your body down. They offer an alternative to by foods by stating how healthy food helps your boy and make you healthier.
